Roundtable of IPIS & CIIS 4 Nov 2009

The joined Roundtable between IPIS and CIIS of China was held in IPIS at 9:00 am on 4 Nov. 2009.

Dr. S.R. Mousavi Director General of IPIS while welcoming the Chinese delegation, emphasized on the importance of these kind of exchanging views between experts of the two countries.

Mr. Ma Zhengang President of Chinese Institute for International Studies who headed the Chinese delegation also reviewed the main international developments and the China role in these developments. He added that China wants to have a stabilizing role and aimes to achieve sustainable peace in the world. China believes that all crisis and conflicts could be solved by peaceful means and negotiation.

A group of experts and researches of IPIS and foreign ministry participated in the roundtable. At the end of the roundtable the Chinese delegation met Dr. Khoramshad the new Deputy for Research and Education of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
