In his <a href="https://x.com/SKhatibzadeh/status/1926869038233252139">tweet</a>, he described the event as taking place in a "distinctly different atmosphere," noting that the shifting dynamics across the region and beyond are more evident than ever.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Khatibzadeh emphasized the emergence of a "palpable grassroots appetite" for a new paradigm and a transformed global order.
