<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">Following consultations between the Education Department of the Institute for Political and International Studies (IPIS) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, a specialized course on "International Relations and Foreign Policy of Russia" was held in Moscow from May 18 to 31, 2025. This course was designed to familiarize diplomats of the Islamic Republic of Iran with Russian foreign policy, and eight young diplomats from our country participated in its various classes.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">It is noteworthy that the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation is considered one of the prestigious and long-standing educational centers in the field of international relations. This academy conducts diverse specialized courses for both Russian diplomats and diplomats from other countries.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">The professors and lecturers for these courses are generally selected from among prominent political, security, and academic elites of Russia.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;"> </p>
