Holding the first joint meeting of the IPIS with the Tajikistan Center for Strategic Research

The first joint meeting of the Institute for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Tajikistan Center for Strategic Research was held on September 17 and 18 2024 in Dushanbe hosted by the Tajik side.

<p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">The first joint meeting of the Institute for Political and International Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Tajikistan Center for Strategic Research was held on September 17 and 18, 2024, in Dushanbe, hosted by the Tajik side.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">In this meeting, the two sides discussed and exchanged views on the latest regional and international developments while emphasizing the historical, civilizational, and cultural ties of the two countries. Emphasizing the necessity of establishing peace and stability in the surrounding region and removing the root causes of instability, including occupation, aggression, and the existence of double standards, were among the important axes agreed upon by the two sides.</p> <p dir="ltr" style="text-align: justify;">The two sides, as the intellectual arm of the foreign ministries of the two countries, agreed that these consultative meetings should continue regularly and continuously in the future.</p>
